Not by giving you another routine to follow or another thing to be better at. By actually helping.

Why Aider?

Aider means “to help” in French.

An Aider is someone who shows up for the people around them, often without thinking twice. We created Aider to show up for them, too.

Addition, not restriction.

We don't believe you need more rules about what to eat, how to live, or who to become.
